Technical Design Development
If you do not have a specific design in mind. you can send your sketches and our team will assist in developing a technical design.
Pattern Making
As known this is the second step in perfecting a tailored design. we provide a fully customized pattern to fit several standard body sizes.
Sizing
The design chosen could be graded to different sizes to fit different body types.
Sampling
Before mass production samples are sent to gain approval for starting mass production.
Cutting
Being equipped with modern tools facilitate the cutting of bulk fabrics.
Sewing
The kind of stitches advised our team makes sure they are made with profound precision.
Finishing
This phase is the last in production, we remove unnecessary extra threads and then iron the garment to be ready for inspection.
Quality Control
The quality control team inspects the garments to ensure they are free from errors and meets the premium quality standards.
Packaging & Delivery
The garments are packed each in a plastic sealed pack and then into boxes unless the customer orders otherwise. Further, we also do freight forwarding, custom clearance and door-step delivery.
